Description

A wonderful Czech glass sculptural basket shaped vase. In a stunning combination of cranberry pink and blue glass encased in clear glass. Made by the Chřibská glassworks, designed by Josef Hospodka, pattern number 296/6/18. Shown in a 1970's and 1999 Chřibská catalogue, and issue 10 of the 1979 Czech Glass Review, see last images (with kind permission, and copyright of Jindřich Pařík www.CzechGlassGuide.cz).

Size

Measures approx 7 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
