Description

A wonderful, large, and very heavy (1.4kg unpacked) Czech glass sculptural bowl. In a stunning combination of yellow & pink glass encased in clear glass. Made by the Chřibská glassworks, pattern number 296/5/30. Shown in a 1970's and 1999 Chřibská catalogue, and issue 10 of the 1979 Czech Glass Review, see last images (with kind permission, and copyright of Jindřich Pařík www.CzechGlassGuide.cz). Most likely designed by Josef Hospodka.

Size

Measures approx 4 inches tall by 12 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
