Description

A superb Czech / Bohemian bright orange blown glass jack-in-the-pulpit vase with applied black glass rim. Made by the Franz Welz factory. Identified as a Welz shape in the Welz Facebook group here. Known as "mono-coloured" or "tango" glass, this technique was developed by Loetz around 1914.

Size

Measures approx 9.25 inches tall by 4.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
