Description

A superb 1930's Czech/Bohemian pale pink blown glass vase with applied black glass rim and inner white casing. Made by Franz Welz, in a rare colourway. Ref: [click here]. Known as "mono-coloured" or "tango" glass, this technique was developed by Loetz around 1914.

Size

Measures approx 8.25 inches tall by 4.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a small burst air bubble to the inside neck of the vase, very hard to spot, and shown in final picture.
