Jobling #2077 Large Art Deco Clear Flint Glass Cubes Bowl

Description

A wonderful large and heavy (1.4kg unpacked) art deco flint (clear) glass bowl with an "ice cubes" design. Made by British company Jobling in the 1930's, pattern number 2077. Very similar to a design by American factory Fostoria, the main difference is the Jobling version has a large star pattern behind the handles.

Size

Measures approx 4.5 inches tall by 10 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of manufacturing "straw marks", perfectly normal for pressed glass.
