A stunning Victorian 1880's glass epergne vase with silver plated base / holder. Made in Vaseline/Uranium yellow green glass, which glows in UV light, with white Opalescent rim. Most likely made by one of the British glass factories from the Stourbridge area of England, such as John Walsh Walsh, Richardson or Thomas Webb. Marked on the base "ES&S, EP", indicating it is silver plated, and manufactured by E. Stacey & Son(s) of Sheffield, who ceased trading in 1888.

Measures approx 7.75 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a small nick to the base end of the glass, shown in final picture.  Some age wear to the silver base, see pictures.
