Mdina 'Tiger' Maltese Glass 'Fish' / 'Axe Head' Vase - Signed 1978

Description

A wonderful, heavy (1.6 kg unpacked) Maltese blue & sandy brown glass Fish vase, also known by collectors as an Axe Head vase, by Mdina, signed to base "Mdina 1978". Made in a marbled Tiger pattern, with blue strapping and thick, wide shoulders. Probably made by Joseph Said.

Measures approx 6.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
