Galliano Ferro Murano Blue & Green Glass Bullicante Bowl

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass bowl/dish, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. This piece was made by Galliano Ferro, and brought into the UK by British importers Jaffe Rose. In a stunning combination of green glass with a blue base and a controlled bubble effect known as 'bullicante'.

Size

Measures approx 1.75 inches tall by 4.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of minor surface scratches, and an unusual oily mark to the rim, shown in final picture.
