A glass vase on a metal stand with peacock feathers pattern. This beautiful, high quality, impressive piece was actually made in China, not Murano / Italy as some other sellers claim. This design and many like it are sold by "Gilde Handwerk", a Germany based retailer, and importer of Chinese made glass and other homeware items.

My main reason for creating this and other similar listings, is because I'm tired of seeing other sellers list these items for sale at extortionate prices, while claiming them to be vintage Murano glass, some even going so far as to add their own fake Murano labels. When shown evidence of their fraud, such as an identical item being available on the Chinese trade site Alibaba, they claim those are copies and theirs are original Murano. To be absolutely clear, these are not copies, they are genuine, original designs, created by Chinese manufacturers. They are actually very good quality and quite appealing, but if you would like to furnish your home with them, please, don't be caught out by fraudulent sellers.
