Mdina 'Blue Summer' Maltese Glass 'Pulled Ear' Vase - Signed

Description

A wonderful heavy (1.5 kilos unpacked) blue Maltese glass 'pulled ear' vase with yellow speckles and streaks, by Mdina, signed to the base. This pattern is often referred to as Sea and Sand by collectors, however according to the new Mdina book by Mark Warner, the correct name for this range is Blue Summer.

Measures approx 6 inches tall by 5.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
