Artistica Murano CCC Green & Amber Sommerso Glass Vintage Fish Sculpture

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass fish sculpture, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, by the Artistica Murano CCC glassworks. A very similar design, in the form of a lamp, can be found online with a label that reads "Artistica Murano, CCC". Reference: [click here]. In a stunning combination of green glass cased in amber glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a few small surface scratches, shown in final picture.
