Holmegaard Blue Opal Cased Glass Gulvvase Vase by Otto Brauer

Description

A stunning Scandinavian blue cased glass 'Gulvvase' (Danish for floor vase), with white 'opal' interior casing. Made by Holmegaard of Denmark, and designed by Otto Brauer in 1962. At some point in its life the label has come off, but a faint circle of glue residue is still there, so I have left it there for authenticity. It can of course be cleaned off easily if needed.

Size

Measures approx 10.25 inches tall by 3.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
