Murano/Venetian Pink & Amber Sommerso Glass Vase/Jug

Description

Here is a wonderful Venetian glass stem vase in the style of a jug, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy.  In a stunning combination of dark pink glass cased in amber glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique. Still has the original generic "Made in Italy" label to the base.

Measures approx 12.25 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
