Returns Policy

We offer a 'no quibble' returns policy on all orders. Should a customer wish to return your order for any reason at all, we will offer a full refund of the item(s) price (less actual postage cost if free postage was given, and any non-refundable fees issued by our payment processor) upon safe return of goods.

  • Goods must be safely returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Orders must be returned via a tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, within 7 days of receipt.
  • All return postage costs must be paid by the buyer.

If the refund is due to items being damaged in transit, then a full refund including postage costs will be made, once we have received photographic evidence of the damage.

If an order is returned due to not being collected from the customers delivery office, or due to an incorrect delivery address provided, then the customer has the option of paying the postage cost again to resend (if free postage was given, the actual postage cost will need to be paid to resend), or a full refund minus the original postage costs, payment processing fees, and any associated fees caused by the return.


If for some reason we are unable to fulfil an order, then a full refund will be made when the order is cancelled. If an order is cancelled due to a customers request, or due to an error made by the customer (for example: providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address) then a full refund will be made, minus any non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor.
