Returns Policy

We offer a 'no quibble' returns policy on all orders. Should you wish to return your order for any reason at all, we will offer a full refund (less postage fees and PayPal fees*) upon safe return of goods.

• Goods must be safely returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Orders must be returned via a tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, within 7 days of receipt.
• All return postage costs must be paid by the buyer.

* From 5th March 2020, PayPal will no longer return any fees paid to them when refunds are made. Therefore, from this date, any customers returning orders for a refund, who paid via PayPal, will have the PayPal fee element deducted from their refund, unless the reason for the return is an error in our description (e.g. damage not mentioned).
