Murano / Venetian Red Glass & Gold Leaf Vintage Footed Bowl

Description

This is a magnificent 1950/60's Venetian glass footed bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Made in red glass with an applied clear glass rim and base, with gold leaf inclusions inside the clear glass. Several factories on Murano made this style of glassware, including Archimede Seguso and Galliano Ferro.

Measures approx 2 inches tall by 6.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
