AVEM? Murano Zanfirico Blue, Green & White Glass Cornucopia Shell Vase

Description

Here is a wonderful Venetian glass cornucopia / shell vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Decorated with alternating stripes of white zanfirico lattice filigree, and green and blue ribbons, with applied clear "feet" decoration filled with gold leaf inclusions. Possibly made by the AVEM factory. A similar design, apparently with their factory label, can be seen [here]. Unfortunately the label is not shown, but the style does match their other zanfirico designs.

Size

Measures approx 7.25 inches tall by 2.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
