Description

A massive, large and very heavy (2.3kg unpacked) 1960's orangey red & white striped glass vase, from the Italian region of Empoli. Made by Cristalleria Artistica Toscana (C.A.T.). Similar pieces are attributed to Alrose (an American importer) in the book "Italian Glass" by Leslie Pina, on page 117.

Size

Measures approx 19.5 inches tall by 7.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a tiny burst air bubble to the side from the manufacturing process, shown in final picture.
