Salviati Copper Aventurine Glass Finger Bowl

Description

Here is a wonderful Venetian glass finger bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Decorated with copper aventurine stripes. Made by Salviati, similar items are shown in the book "Italian Glass - Century 20" by Leslie Pina, page 176.

Size

Measures approx 2.5 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of intact manufacturing air bubbles in the glass.
