LABELLED Chinese Vintage Red Cased Glass 'Plum Blossom' Vase

Description

A stunning red cased glass vase with opal white interior casing, and applied glass flower decoration.  Made in China circa 1970's, this design can be found in a leaflet from the era, as part of a range of glassware described as "Plum Blossom Flower Vases". Reference: [click here]. This particular vase also still bears the original factory label, which reads "Plum Blossom, Made in China". This range of glassware is almost always incorrectly described as "Murano" when found on online marketplaces and elsewhere.

Measures approx 7.5 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a tiny nick to the rim, shown in final picture.
