Chinese Vintage Blue Cased Glass 'Plum Blossom' Vase

Description

A stunning blue cased glass vase with opal white interior casing, and applied glass flower decoration.  Made in China circa 1970's, this design can be found in a leaflet from the era, as part of a range of glassware described as "Plum Blossom Flower Vases". Reference: [click here]. I've also had the same design in orange, and red, that both had the original factory label, which read "Plum Blossom, Made in China". This piece is unmarked. This range of glassware is almost always incorrectly described as "Murano" when found on online marketplaces and elsewhere.

Measures approx 6.5 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
