Carlo Moretti Marbled Green & White Murano Glass Vase

Description

This is a magnificent Venetian green & white marbled glass vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. It was produced by Carlo Moretti, and similar items are shown in the excellent book "Italian Glass - Century 20" by Leslie Pina, page 49.

Size

Measures approx 8.75 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a small nibble to the rim, shown in final picture.
