LABELLED Galliano Ferro Murano Green & Blue Sommerso Glass Stem Vase

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass stem vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. This piece was made by Galliano Ferro, and still bears the original factory label. In a stunning combination of green glass encased in pale blue glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 10.25 inches tall by 2.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks aside from a tiny smooth nick or manufacturing dimple to the rim, shown in final picture.
