Murano/Venetian Red & Amber Sommerso Glass Vase

Description

A Venetian organic glass vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of red glass cased in amber glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 7.5 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a couple of small nicks to the base rim, shown in final picture, and a couple of faint sirface scratches.
