Murano Latticino/Zanfirico & Aventurine Glass Dish/Bowl

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950's/60's Venetian glass dish, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. It has a rough finished pontil to the base. Decorated with alternating stripes of white criss-cross latticino/zanfirico strands and green twisted ribbon filigree trimmed in golden coloured copper aventurine.

Size

Measures approx 1.75 inches tall by 6 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
