Murano Blue & Yellow Glass Zanfirico Filigree Vase / Jug

Description

A stunning Venetian, or Venetian style glass vase in the shape of a jug, presumably made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. An unusual and unique item, I've been unable to find out any information on the origin of this piece. Made in blue and yellow glass in a pulled / feathered pattern, with pink, white and yellow twisted zanfirico filigree encased in the glass of the handle.

Size

Measures approx 8 inches tall by 2.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
