Description

Here is a magnificent 1950/60's Venetian freeform glass sculpture bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Most likely made by the Cristallo Venezia CCC glassworks. Very similar pieces with the same star shaped base can be found online with labels that read "Cristallo Venezia, CCC". This bowl has a generic blue and silver label which reads "Made in Murano, Italy". In a stunning combination of orangey red glass encased in amber glass.

Size

Measures approx 4.25 inches tall by 9 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a manufacturing line / fold in the glass near the base, shown in final picture.
