Description

A stunning Scandinavian 'umbra' (brown) cased glass jar with white interior casing. Made by Holmegaard of Denmark, designed by Michael Bang, part of his "Palet" range. Probably would have had a cork stopper at one time. Has a number "2" etched on the base, possibly an indicator of second quality (see condition report below).

Size

Measures approx 4 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a slight uneven thickness to part of the rim, shown in final picture.
