Riihimaki #1565 Riihimaen Tamara Aladin Red Glass 'Kielo' Vase

Description

A stunning Scandinavian red & clear cased glass studio vase. Made by Riihimaki (also known as Riihimaen Lasi Oy) of Finland in the 1970's, and designed by Tamara Aladin, pattern number 1565. Shown in the book "Glass From Riihimaki" by the Finnish Glass Museum, page 192.

Size

Measures approx 8 inches tall by 3.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a manufacturing air bubble in the glass near the base.
