Wedgwood Green Glass Elephant Paperweight - Acid Stamp

Description

A stunning speckled green glass paperweight sculpture of an elephant, by Wedgwood, acid stamp to base.

Size

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. The edge of the base and bottom of the trunk show signs of grinding, but this seems to be present in a lot of the Wedgwood elephants I have seen, so I assume it was how they were finished in the factory. Not visible when on display, and shown in final picture.
