Description

A stunning Victorian art nouveau style British glass posy vase or bowl, circa 1890-1910. Has an oily, iridescent finish, four way crimped rim, and vertical rib pattern. Similar items are shown in the book Victorian Decorative Glass by Mervyn Gulliver, page 110. Most likely made by John Walsh Walsh from Birmingham, England. Ground and polished concave pontil mark to base.

Measures approx 3 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
