Langham Black, Orange & White Glass Duck Sculpture - Marked & Labelled

Description

A stunning British orange, black and white glass paperweight sculpture of a duck, with a red beak. Made by Langham Glass, manufacturing mark to base and labelled (two identical labels, for some reason). Based on the range of animals + plants originally designed by Ronald Stennett-Willson and Paul Miller for Wedgwood in the 1970's. Langham was set up by Paul Miller in 1979 after he left Wedgwood, where production of many of these animal designs continued, and many new designs were added.

Size

Measures approx 4.5 inches tall by 4.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. Has a small faint manufacturing crease on his belly, nothing to worry about and not damage, just mentioned for accuracy, see final picture.
