LABELLED Monart DB.VII Blue & Copper Aventurine Vintage Glass Bowl

Description

A large Monart pale blue & clear mottled glass bowl with speckles of copper aventurine. Made by the Scottish Moncrieff's factory in the 1930's/40's, pattern number DB.VII. Still bears the original factory label, quite worn around the edge, which reads "Moncrieff, Scotland, Monart Glass" along with the hand written pattern number. Breaking the pattern number down, DB is the shape number, and VII is the size (7.5 inch diameter).

Measures approx 3.25 inches tall by 7.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
