Borske Sklo Vintage Czech Purple Glass Cylindrical Vase

Description

A stunning tall Czech purple glass tapering cylindrical vase with gilded and white painted bands.  Made by the Borske Sklo glassworks in the 1950's - 1970's.  These vases are shown in the book "Hi Sklo Lo Sklo" by Mark Hill, page 133.

Size

Measures approx 12 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

No chips or cracks, just some wear to a small area of the painted bands, shown in final picture.
