Welz Czech / Bohemian Honeycomb Spatter Glass Vase

Description

A circa 1890's - 1920's Czech / Bohemian multicoloured blown glass vase with diagonal ribbing, made using a technique known as "spatter" or "splatter" glass. Made by the Franz Welz factory, I think this is part of their Harlequin Honeycomb pattern range. I'm just not 100% sure as the pattern is a little more blurry than usual, and also obscured by the ribbing.

Size

Measures approx 4.25 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a tiny fleabite nick to the outside rim, shown in final picture.
