Ferro & Lazzarini Murano Red & Gold Leaf Glass Duck - Labelled

Description

A Venetian glass duck sculpture, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, by the Ferro & Lazzarini factory. Still bears the original factory label, very worn and faded. Examples of a slightly larger version of this label can be found online, with the factory name included. Made in a combination of red and clear glass filled with gold leaf inclusions.
