Description

Here is a beautiful large 1950/60's Venetian freeform glass bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. This piece was made by Fratelli Toso, similar items from this range can be seen in the book "Italian Glass: Century 20" by Leslie Pina, pages 168 - 171. Made in opaque white lattimo cased glass, with copper aventurine patches.

Size

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 8.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
