Salviati Murano Zanfirico & Aventurine Green & White Glass Plate

Description

Here is a wonderful Venetian glass plate,  made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Decorated with stripes of white zanfirico lattice filigree, green ribbons and copper aventurine. Made by Salviati, similar items are shown in the book "Italian Glass - Century 20" by Leslie Pina, page 139.

Size

Measures approx 1.25 inches tall by 7.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
