Description

Here is a wonderful Venetian glass plate, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Consists of purple glass filled with copper aventurine inclusions. Attributed to Salviati, similar items are shown in the book "Italian Glass - Century 20" by Leslie Pina.
