Ferro Italarts Murano Orange & Opalescent Glass Bubble Bowl

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's glass Biomorphic bowl / ashtray, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Items from this range can be found with labels that read "Genuine Murano Glass, Ferro Italarts, Made in Italy". A labelled example can be found [here]. In a stunning combination of orange/amber glass encased in opalescent white glass. Also has a wonderful controlled bubble effect known as 'a bolle'.
