A wonderful 1890's Victorian Stourbridge glass vase. Made in pink + creamy yellow burmese glass, by the British firm Thomas Webb & Sons. Very similar items are shown in the Thomas Webb section of the book Mt Washington Art Glass plus Webb burmese, pages 57 - 71. Small amounts of uranium in the glass cause it to glow bright green in UV light.

Please note:  Although this vase is obviously too small to hold a bunch of flowers, it is still classed as a vase.  Small vases like this were often used to hold flowerheads, or miniature "sweetpea" flowers, or simply used as decorative ornaments.

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
