Description

A large and heavy (1.4kg unpacked) art deco green glass bowl (not uranium) with bird design. Made by STS Abel of former Yugoslavia. Has the firms logo of a wine glass inside a star embossed on the base. STS Abel was formed in 1921 with the merge of four different factories, these were Hrastnik, Rogatec, Rogaska Slatina, and Daruvar. STS stands for "Sjedinjene Tvornice Stakla", which translates to "United Glass Factories". The company ceased to exist after the second world war.

Measures approx 6 inches tall by 9 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
