Isle of Wight Studio / Harris 'Azurene Blue' Glass Pear

Description

A beautiful blue glass pear paperweight / sculpture with gold and silver leaf inclusions, designed by Michael Harris in collaboration with William Walker in 1978, for his renowned British glassworks Isle of Wight Studio, part of the Azurene pattern range.  Bears the factory label to the base.

Size

Measures approx 2.75 inches tall by 1.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a chip to the top "stem", shown in final picture.
