Japanese Lampworked Glass Penguin & Bird - Irene Series Label

Description

A magnificent lampworked blue glass bird and penguin. Made in Japan, and both still bear the original import label which reads "Irene Series, Foreign".

Please note: the plastic stand is for display purposes only and is not included.

Size

Penguin measures approx 2.5 inches tall by 0.75 inches in diameter at widest point.
Bird measures approx 1.25 inches tall by 2.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a tiny nick to the side of the applied white glass "collar" around the penguins neck, shown in final picture.
