Welz Czech 1940's Pair of Spatter Glass Vases / Bowls

Description

A pair of art deco 1940's Czech/Bohemian multicoloured blown glass bowls or posy vases, made using a technique known as "spatter" or "splatter" glass, with applied amber glass base decoration. Made by the Franz Welz factory, this distinctive footed base design is shown in the Welz section of the Kralik website. Ref: [click here].

Measure approx 4 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, just a couple of nicks to the rims, all shown in final pictures.
