Harrachov Czech Large Amber Glass Vase by Milan Metelak

Description

A wonderful, large, and very heavy Czech amber cased glass vase with encased bubble effect. Made by the Harrachov glassworks, and designed by Milan Metelak in the 1960's. Similar pieces are shown in the book "Hi Sklo Lo Sklo" by Mark Hill, page 55.

Size

Measures approx 9.75 inches tall by 5.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a few minor surface scratches, hardly noticeable at all.
