Chance Brown & Cream Glass "Duet/Duo" Handkerchief Vase

Description

A beautiful retro brown, cream & white glass handkerchief posy vase. Made by the British firm Chance Brothers, this rare pattern is called Duet (also known as Duo) and was introduced in 1981. Still bears the original factory label.

Measures approx 4 inches tall by 6 inches in diameter at widest point.
