Jobling #8000 Art Deco Opaline/Opalescent Glass Tudor Rose Bowl

Description

A wonderful art deco glass bowl/dish, made in opaline/opalescent glass. Made by British company Jobling in the 1930's, part of their 'Tudor Rose' pattern range (catalogue number 8000). Featured in the book "A Collectors Guide to Jobling 1930's Decorative Glass", page 40. Jobling's opalescent glass was made to rival Lalique glassware, and the range was named Opalique.

Measures approx 1.75 inches tall by 10 inches in diameter at widest point.
