Barolac Glass
Often mistaken as French, the name Barolac was registered by the UK importers John Jenkins and Sons Ltd. It was originally made by Czech factory Inwald (later known as Rudolfova Hut) in the 1930's, and mostly intended for the UK market. Most of the designs were created by Douglas Jenkins in collaboration with Rudolf Schrotter, who was the head designer at Inwald. After the war, the original iron moulds were used by other Czech factories during the 1950's and later.
