LABELLED Murano Miniature ALT / 3 Fiori Millefiori Glass Paperweight

Description

A beautiful multicoloured glass miniature paperweight. Filled with millefiori murrine canes. Made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. ALT / 3 Fiori is the most likely maker, as they were known to use these "daisy" canes shown in the centre. Still bears a generic Murano label on the base.

Size

Measures approx 1.5 inches tall by 1.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of minute, faint surface scratches.
