Description

A wonderful pair of Victorian yellow green pressed glass vases, with stylised pattern on the side, and a scalloped top rim and base rim. Most likely made in England. Similar styled items are shown in Barrie Skelcher's "Big Book of Vaseline Glass", some attributed to Molineaux, Webb & Co or Edward Moore & Co, although the closest match is listed as unknown. Made in uranium yellow green glass, which glows bright green in UV light.

Size

Measure approx 7 inches tall by 2.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a minor manufacturing flaw to the rim of one vase (little bits of ash in the glass mixture), shown in final picture.
